• To respond to your enquiry and prepare a quotation
• To source, screen suppliers and coordinate inspection against your stated requirement
• To prepare export documentation where you proceed to a shipment
• To keep records of our commercial correspondence

Who we share it with

To source against your requirement we may need to share the commercial specification with suppliers, inspection companies, freight forwarders and other parties involved in your shipment. We share the minimum necessary for them to perform their role.

We may also share information where we are required to do so by law.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as is needed for the commercial relationship and for any period required by applicable record-keeping or tax obligations, then delete or anonymise it.
